A locally owned landscaping company serving Newnan and Coweta County, GA, built on honest work, fair pricing, and yards that are made to last in our Southern red clay.
☎ Call (678) 877-0899Southern Serenity Scapes started with a simple idea: give Newnan homeowners a landscaper they can actually count on. Owner Adam and our crew live and work right here, so we know how local yards behave, from the red clay around downtown Court Square to the newer subdivisions near Ashley Park and Cresswind.
We are not a franchise reading off a script. We walk your property, read the soil and the slope, and tell you honestly what your yard needs and what it does not. Whether it is a full landscape design, a drainage fix, fresh sod, or reliable lawn care, one local team handles it from the first sketch to year round care.
Newnan sits in USDA Zone 8a on Piedmont red clay that compacts, drains slowly and runs acidic. That shapes everything we do.
We open compacted, acidic clay with core aeration, lime and organic matter so roots can breathe and hold color through a Coweta summer.
On Newnan rolling lots we install French drains, catch basins and proper grading so standing water never reaches your foundation.
Bermuda, Zoysia and tall fescue behave very differently in clay. We match the grass to your sun, slope and how you use the yard.
Yes. Southern Serenity Scapes is licensed and insured, so your property and our crews are protected on every job.
Our own local crew, led by owner Adam. We do not hand your yard off to strangers, and we are on site and reachable throughout the project.
